A little about me...
"Having grown up around the Sport of Powerlifting, and through my connection to Cheltenham Weightlifting Club, my background is in strength training. In recent years, my focus has turned towards incorporating these skills into a more holistic fitness approach.
When you first visit, we will discuss your goals and specific needs. Then based around the solid principles of basic resistance training and cardiovascular exercise, we will agree on a suitable programme of exercise."
